Ο Κηπουργός Γεώργιος γεννήθηκε στους Ρωγούς από τον Κηπουργό Παναγιώτη και την Ελένη. Νυμφεύτηκε την Μιχαλοπούλου Μαρία από Τρεχλό Καλαβρύτων και απέκτησαν δύο παιδιά, την Βαρβάρα και τον Παναγιώτη.
Εκτελέστηκε από τους Γερμανούς στις 08-12-1943 στους Ρωγούς.
