The Museum has been retrieved to “TripAdvisor” Guest Award “Traveller’s Choice Award” for 2024. This award is given to businesses, attractions, monuments and places to visit that consistently receive excellent reviews from TripAdvisor visitors and are ranked in the top 10% of the website's recommendations.

New Landmark of historical memory

A new Landmark is coming to take its place in the city of Kalavryta and to be added alongside the existing ones (Place of Execution, Historical Cemetery, Cathedral, 13 Oaks in the Museum's precinct) in the topography of our city's memory.

These are 9 elegant stands placed at selected points along the route that starts from the courtyard of the Municipal Museum of the Kalavritan Holocaust and ends at the Site of the Execution.

Innovative actions for the utilisation and promotion of the Digital Cultural Asset of the Kalavritan Holocaust Museum

On April 5, 2024, a dissemination workshop of the results of the project "Subproject 1: Innovative actions for the exploitation and promotion of the Digital Cultural Asset of the Kalavritan Holocaust Museum" was held at the Multipurpose Cultural Centre of Kalavryta.
