Ο Ξυνός Κωνσταντίνος γεννήθηκε στους Ρωγούς από τον Δημήτριο και τη Γεωργία Ξυνού.. Είχε πέντε αδέλφια, τον Ανδρέα (διασώθηκε), τον Χρήστο (εκτελέστηκε)., τον Αλέξιο, τον Παναγιώτη. Νυμφεύτηκε την Κηπουργού Μαρία και απέκτησαν μία κόρη την Γεωργία.
Εκτελέστηκε από τους Γερμανούς στις 08-12-1943 στους Ρωγούς.
